Composers Without Borders / Composition Sans Frontières (CSF) gives examples, how to engage in and create collaborations between fractions, countries, political and religious views through music.
Musicians open perspectives in many ways:
- playing the violin in a subway station of a bombed city,
- building choirs in refugee camps,
- bringing instruments into schools in the global south
- opening a stage for musicians in exile.
To strengthen the activities, Composers Without Borders (CSF) was built at the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony weekend in Oslo, December 2022.
